Rodeo Sponsorship Tiers!

PRESENTING SPONSOR: $5000
Your Company’s Name and/or Logo will be displayed on all Promotional items as the PRESENTING
SPONSOR of the event. Your Company 4X8 banner will be displayed on the Center Entry Gate. A Sponsor
Flag with your Company’s Name and/or Logo will be flown while carried horseback multiple times
throughout the show, as well as, presented during the Grand Entry. You will receive an 8 pack of VIP
tickets each night of the Rodeo.

OUT GATE SPONSOR: $2500
Every animal that enters the arena must exit the arena through the out gate. This gate is opened and
closed more than any other gate throughout the rodeo and will give you the most exposure of being
mentioned through the show and your company 4X5 banner displayed on the out gate will have all eyes
on it! Your Sponsor Flag will be flown while carried horseback multiple times throughout the rodeo, as
well as, presented during the Grand Entry. You will receive a 6 pack of VIP tickets to use each night of
the Rodeo.

BUCKING CHUTE SPONSOR: $1000
Your Company 3X6 banner will be displayed on a Bucking Chute. Your business will receive recognition
each time a horse or bull is bucked out of the chute you have sponsored. Your organization will also
receive recognition during the Mutton Bustin’ each time a child rides a sheep out of your chute. Your
Sponsor Flag will be flown while carried horseback multiple times throughout the Rodeo, as well as,
presented during the Grand Entry. You will receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to be used each night of the
Rodeo.

RODEO CLOWN SPONSOR: $1000
From the beginning of the show when the Clown is introduced and throughout the show including
during each entertaining act and during the bull riding when he is in his barrel your business will receive
exposure through recognition from the announcer and the clown. Your company will have a 3X4 banner
proudly displayed in the arena. You will receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to be used each night.

ANNOUNCER SPONSOR: $800
From the time the Announcer introduces himself and welcomes everyone to the rodeo until he closes
the show and wishes everyone safe travels and a good night your business will get exposure. Your
company 3X4 banner will be displayed across the front of the announcer stand! You will receive a 2 pack
of VIP tickets to be used each night of the Rodeo.

EVENT SPONSOR: $750
Your Company will be mentioned throughout the entire event that you choose to sponsor. Your
Company 3X3 banner will be proudly displayed in the arena! You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to be
used each night of the Rodeo

MUTTON BUSTIN SPONSOR: $600

Mutton Bustin to kick off the rodeo night for any child under the age of 6 willing to wrangle a sheep inside the arena. This event pulls from the audience and is a big crowd favorite! Your company will have a 3x3 banner proudly displayed in the arena and your business mentioned throughout the mutton bustin event. You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to the Rodeo for the night of your choice.

PICKUP MEN SPONSOR: $500
The pickup men are introduced at the first of the rodeo and are in the arena during the Saddle Bronc
Riding, Bareback Riding and Bull Riding. Their job is to rescue the cowboys off the Wild Bronc after the 8
second buzzer sounds by picking them up off the bronc and sitting them down on the arena floor safe
and sound. During the Bull Riding their job is to protect the cowboys from the back of their horse using
ropes to detain a bull if needed and pushing the bulls out of the arena once their ride is over. Your
company will have a 3X3 banner proudly displayed in the arena and your business mentioned
throughout each event the pickup men are in the arena. You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to the
Rodeo for the night of your choice.

*If you choose to sponsor both Pickup Men at the price of $1000 your company will receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to be used both nights. Banner
size will change to 3X5.

BULL FIGHTER SPONSOR: $500
Bull Fighters main duty is to protect the cowboys during the bull riding event. However, they are in the
arena during multiple events! They untie each calf in calf roping and they are there to set up barrels
during the barrel racing! They also help out our little Mutton Bustin’ cowboys and cowgirls! Each time
our Bull Fighters are in the arena your Company will be mentioned! Your 3X3 banner will be proudly
displayed in the arena. You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to be used for the night of your choice.

*If you choose to sponsor both Bull Fighters at the price of $1000 your company will receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to be used both nights. Banner
size will change to 3X5.

RODEO JUDGES SPONSOR: $500
Each Judge and Your Business are introduced at the beginning of the rodeo. The judges are in the arena
throughout the entire rodeo. During the Bronc Riding and Bull Riding they are scoring the contestant
during his ride. During all timed events they remain in the arena making sure each rule and regulation is
followed. Your Company 3X3 banner will be displayed in the arena and business mentioned throughout
the rodeo as the judges perform their duties. You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to be used on the
night of your choice.
**TWO OPPORTUNITIES**
*If you choose to sponsor both judges at the price of $1000 your company will receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to be used both nights. Banner size will change
to 3X5.

FRIENDS OF RODEO: $500
Your Company will have a 3x4 banner displayed in the arena. The announcer will mention your business
during the Pre-Show and Intermission. You will receive a 2 pack of VIP tickets to the Rodeo for the night
of your choice.

FANS OF RODEO: $250
Your Company will have a 3X3 banner displayed in the arena. The announcer will mention your business
during either the Pre-Show or Intermission.
